Adele's Absence

What would have most likely been named my favorite show of the year, Adele at the historic Ryman Auditorium -- originally scheduled for this evening, has been cancelled due to the soulful singer-songwriter's bout with laryngitis.  I am beyond disappointed.

UPDATE - 6.23.11: Per WRLT this morning, the show has been rescheduled for Oct. 10; all tickets to the June 20th show will be honored.  Huzzah!
