Booker T booked at Park Theatre

Last night, I experienced the legendary Rock and Roll Hall of Fame inductee, Musicians Hall of Fame inductee and Grammy Lifetime Achievement Award recipient Booker T, of Booker T and the MGs, in concert.

In addition to Regina Spektor, I also saw the Beegie Adair Trio live in 2017 on Oct. 21.  While I was fortunate to be able to see the musical Fun Home, winner of five Tony Awards, on Oct. 12, I was sadly unable to use the tickets we purchased to witness The Cranberries (above) on Sept. 11 with the Nashville Symphony, as The Cranberries were forced to cancel their entire North American tour.  The loss was even more acute after hearing the news that lead singer Dolores O'Riordan died suddenly on Jan. 15, 2018.
